Verbal to RP & Project Supervisor (Wes Smith):
1. Post ESC sign on the chain link fence surrounding the project area.
2. Protect the storm drain to the west and east of project area. (2 drains total)
3. Clean up all hardsurfaces within and surrounding the project area of all sediment and debris.
4. Provide a sediment barrier surrounding the stock pile of base rock on the westside of the project area. Will alow them to cover with visquen or relocate stockpile to an area that will not allow sediment dispositons to the storm drains.
Will re-inspect on 4/22/2011PM.
