Permit scope according to J.R. at Pristine Polls has been completed but owner has hires landscapers. Appeared like gutter pan was cleaned last night and landscaper has a straw wattle to use below the stockpile material. Small amount of material on hard surfaces, daily clean up is expected.

Verbal to Pristine Pools, (Scott) No certified RP, rp listed on permit does not have day-to-day control. As well, bare slope does not have a sediment barrier which is needed, slope exceeds 2%. Gutter pan is very muddy with thick built up. Failure to comply with RP can result in a stop work order. Will follow up on 8/5/11.
