Subdivision site development is complete, some construction on-going on remaining individual sites in Solaire #2 with active ESC permits. BLD permit for grading/development is already finaled. Big Springs construction will remove non-temporary BMPs once their homesites are complete.

Only 1 or 2 lots left in Solaire #2. The wattle lining the Greenbelt will need to be removed before finaling permit.

Neighborhood is developed and has BMPs still implemented. SWPPP still on site. . Corrections issued to houses on Forked Deer and Epsilon. Solaire phase 2 CGP 2008 #IDR10CK66 filed April 2011 is expired. Need to confirm if project should be finaled.

Solaire sub still has some vacant lots. Maintaining SWPPP, last self inspection was 9/26 by RP Matthew Shultz. Site looks good but Gator Guard wattles lining Greenbelt will need to be removed where land is now stabilized. Foam bits littering area. Called RP and said to remove next self inspection.

Called CBH RE lot 4403 Cruzatte. Need dust control and track out cleaned up.

Need to build out 2 lots to complete permit requirements.

Per my previous visit yesterday, the devlopement project is compliant.

Verbal to RP:
CLean up the minor tracked sediment in the back section of the project. Will re-inspecton 9/27/2012

Went to site at 8:00 AM to initiate stop work order on exterior work. Noted need to clean sediment off of sidewalk/roadways. Met with superintendent who called a crew over from the neighboring sites to perform clean up actions.

Second correction notice issued for poor housekeeping and no ESC permit sign. Left message for Mike Smith and spoke to Mike Schultz via telephone.

Must keep conducting clean up on a daily basis.

Additional Correction Notice:
Clean up all sediment and debris off of the hard surfaces. Provide maintenance and additional storm drain inlet protection on all storm drains with the construction areas for the project. Failure to comply with this notice will result in a STOP WORK ORDER on the Sub Division. Will re-inspect on 7/6/2012

Applied a seed, tachifier and mulch application on all perimeter slopes. Barriers a the bottom of slope are still in place.

Verbal to RP:
Install sediment barrier per industry standards that is located at the north east end of the project access. Also maintain the concrete washout. Have reached over 50% of capcity. Will follow up on 6/20/2011AM

Spoke with the RP. He explained that the entrance of the project will be maintained by Wensday the 5/19 after the utilies are inplace. Till that time they will sweep up all tracking onto the hard surfaces.

Verbal to RP:
In the north east section of the project aarea along the perimeter BMP controls, a large of sediment deposit is collected behind the sediment barrier. It does exceed of 50% capacity. Need to maintain the sediment barrier at that section. Also informed the RP to contact the city erosion control department prior to any dewatering actvities small or large.
