Most area of the permitted area has had a tachifier mulch blend applied on the disturbed soil.

Must stabilize all disturbed soil that is inactive 14 days or greater.

No activity today.

Verbel to RP:
Remove the land bridge accross the sidewalk on Hardesty. Will re-inspect on 8/29/2011 AM. Further will occur if not removed.

Verbal to RP:
Remove the landbridge at the intersection of Wise Way and Hardesty and replaace it with a non erodible material. Provide an approved stabilized construction exit. Clean up all sediment off of Wise Way. Will re-inspect on 8/22/2011PM.

Verbal to RP:
Clean up all hard surface of all sediment and debris on a daily basis. Will follow up on 8/4/2011.

Will re-inspect on 5/9/2011AM.

Went over where project area in there phases. Walked the dewatering and the area where the discharge is. Told the RP to inspect the discharge point into the new Wallings corador for turbidity. If a turbid discharge is occuring to devert the water away from the Wallings corador. All in all, the project areas are in active accept for the area south of Warm Springs Rd. Will become active once the soil becomes dry.

Verbal to RP:
CLean up all sediment and debris off of the hard surface from the project area on both accesses on the project and laydown area. Also provide proper stabilized construction exits Will reinspect on 4/15/2011am.
