Message to RP (David Bowman):
Provide a sediment barrier at the bottom of the proposed driveway until the time where the constrution of the access reaches partial stabilized with compacted pit run. Also next to the mail box, extend the silt fence to protect from any sediment disposition from occuring from the disturbed slope above. Will follow up on 7/18/2012

Explained to RP that he is responsible for maintaining all BMP's and making sure any sediment leaving he project area and deposits on hard surfaces must be cleaned up by the end of the work day .

Verbal to RP:
Backfill the installed silt fence and clean up the remain sediment deposits off of the hard surfaces. If work is not complete by the end of the day, a STOP WORK ORDER will be posted. Will re-inspect on 5/15/2012am.

2nd and final Correction Notice:
Verbal to RP (David B.)
1. Install sit fence per approved industry standards.
2. Install a sediment barrier along the back of sidewalk at the front of driveway access.
3. Maintain storm drain inlet protection to the west of court access.
4. Clean up and remove all sediment and debris out of the gutterpan.
*Failure to comply with the all correction listed on the given notice will ressult in a STOP WORK ORDER. Will re-inspect on 4/9/2012 AM.

Contractor install perventitive measures. And cleanedup all of the sediment and debris from the hard surfaces.
