Storm drain on Bison needs to have protection, Silt fence needs maintainance, perimeter control needs installed in the front along the sidewalk and in the back around the entire area of soil disturbance, evidence of washout not being contained in the front yard -no more concrete/grout work will be occurring at project. Re-inspected 8/3/12; no repairs have been initiated. Issued 24-hr correction notice and contacted Bryan Murdoch. He reported that they will fix today.Will re-inspect 8/6
