Majority of items on privious correction notice have been resolved. Work in progress on sweeping all hard surfaces of silts and the disposale of construction debries. Also discussed with RP that construction enterances for construction vehicles must be used by sub contractors to cut down on the amount of trackout that is/was being generated. Also noted to RP that daily maintenace of project area must be done during wet season to prevent poor job conditions.

Meet on jobsite at 10:30 am. Met RP on jobsite and went over swppp and esc plan with rp. Work is in progress on installing BMP's. Noted to RP that he must file for a new NOI to comply with the current CGP requirements. Also went over inpection requirements and additional forms for corrective actions. Will reinspect with RP once all BMP's have been installed.
