Brighton Corp has issued NOT for the development on it CGP. Greater than 70% stabilization, all lots occupied/stabilized. As noted, this permit is for phase #3, not 2 (seperate permit already finaled). No further ESC inspections required.

Subdivision is finished and is inside developed portion of River Heights.

Work exceeding scope. Stop work on pen canal crossing and staging/stockpiling located east of phase 2

Starting to install sediment barriers along portions of the disturbed area where run off has occured or has the potential to occur.

RP called to notify City that stabilization has been performed in the inactive portions of the site. Verified during site inspection.

Discussed construction schedule with RP and stabilization requirement. RP stated that a native grass seed mixture was broadcasted over disturbed areas and will send me the date when he confirms. RP will email schedule for the anticipated start date of construction for each lot. Requested schedule by 10/18. Discussed drainage patterns and runoff risk of the subdividision. Set up on-site conference to discuss concerns for 10/24/12. Correction notice issued. Requested construction schedule for active contstruction on the vacant lots and/or stabilization schedule for vacant lots. Concrete washout needs maintenance.

Still area of in activity on large potios of the sub division. Have relayed the the requirement per the 2012 CGP over stabilization of all disturbed soil due to inactivity for more than 14 day. I have been told that vertical construction will be occuring soon but has not yet. I explained to him that he is still responsible for stabilization though.
