Construction complete. Students now occupying aparments. OK for 2x temp DI bags on Royal to stay installed due to the unpaved/undeveloped parking area and section of Royal street which will be improved this spring. No other outstandig issues and bags have remaing capacity.

Site cleaned and stabilized. No further ESC inspections needed.

Final landscaping WIP at west end of apartment complex. The apartments are now open and occupied. ACHD inspector assisted with removal of 2 DIs at south side of Royal and La Pointe (unclear on exact responsible party due to multiple projects) and reqeust /reminder issued to Mike Wilson of McAlvain to remove DI bags on north side or Royal in front of and to the east & west of project.

Will re-inspect for final once all work complete.

Some site work is occuring on the west and northwest corner of the River Edge complex. All other areas have been cleaned, stabilized, and grassy drainage swales hydro seeded. Silt fence BMP installed along Greenbelt has been removed.

Staging area is still in use for remaining work. No trackout or discharges observed. DI bags on north side Royal Street will remian until project completion.

River's Edge apartment complex is in progress. Silt fence between project and Greenbelt is trenched in and in good condition. Royal Blvd is currently closed for utility work - will need to be swept upon completion. No corrections at this time.

The sleeve outlet to the River is located at the northwest corner of site. The MS4 outlet is also reportedly located in this area. ACHD inspector stated that site was in process of submitting a dewatering plan for a permit to discharge into their system.

Apartment complex vertical construction is in progress. Site perimeter of chain link fencing and silt fence has contained sediment to site. Permit and NOI information is posted next stabilized construction entrance. Some utility is ongoing on Royal so there is a stockpile of backfill that will need to be swept once work is complete.
