Final landscaping WIP at west end of apartment complex. The apartments are now open and occupied. ACHD inspector assisted with removal of 2 DIs at south side of Royal and La Pointe (unclear on exact responsible party due to multiple projects) and reqeust /reminder issued to Mike Wilson of McAlvain to remove DI bags on north side or Royal in front of and to the east & west of project.

Will re-inspect for final once all work complete.

Check for remaining work for permit to be finaled:

Some site work is occuring on the west and northwest corner of the River Edge complex. All other areas have been cleaned, stabilized, and grassy drainage swales hydro seeded. Silt fence BMP installed along Greenbelt has been removed.

Staging area is still in use for remaining work. No trackout or discharges observed. DI bags on north side Royal Street will remian until project completion.

River Edge Apartments is currently shut down with no construction activity. Silt fence between site and greenbelt is still in good condition and downstream inlets have filter bag protection. Permit is posted.



Lots of sand and sediment from site has accumulated at the edges of the security fence in front of project on Royal.

Verbal Correction Request to project manager Mike Wilson to order sweeping. Mike stated that he anticipates the project to start Monday and will sweep first thing. Will check back next week.

Test pit found ground water 5 ft below the footing elevation last week, so currently they are not anticipating dewatering
