Met with City ESC Inspector, RP (Jamal,ESI), and ACHD Code Enforcement (Ed) at City Hall to discuss violations. Ed from ACHD indicated the storm drain should be sucked out to clean up residue and will pursue this action. Jamal said he currently has an agreement to discharge this water to the sanitary sewer system and that the illicit discharge was a result of mis-management. All other violations identified on 3/29/13 have been corrected.

Discussed with the RP (Jamal) over the location of the washout containers at the staging area yesterday. Explained to him that they must be at a minimum of 50 ft from the exsisting storm drains. Also advised to him to eduxate to the concrete truck company that they must use the washouts correctly and try to avoid spillage outside of the washout containers.
