Contractor has taken minimal measures on correcting the violation listed on the correction Notice. They are freaquently sweeping tracked materials at the end of the day. Have placed a top dressing to the construction access. Due to the contractor not implementing any reasonable dust control measures, dust plumes have traveled off site over 100ft multiple times. DEQ air Quality board was contacted over the concerns of this situation. Will ferquently inspect to ensure that tracking will be kept to a minimum. If excessive tracking occur again, a STOP WORK ORDER will be placed on the project and kept in place until it is clean up and measure are impplemented to control tracking to an acceptable allowance.

Correction Notice:

1. Clean up all sediment and debris tracked out of the disturbed soil.
2. Maintain construction exit to prevent soil tracking. EX: extend the exit.
3.Provide a dust control method to keep soil particals from becoming airborne.
Failure to comly with the notice will result in a stop work order. Will re-inspect on 6/13/2012 AM.

Verbal to secondary RP(Adam Lyman):
Clean up all tracked sediment on Hardesty to Warms Springs Ave. Also maintain stabilized construction exit to prevent excessive tracking. Will follow up on 6/7/2012am.
