Discussed iwth the RP over project area. All areas of impact from the demolition work is stabilized. But will be look at drainage paytterns for the next month to see if additional measures are needed. Will follow up with a decision in one month.

Discussed with RP that they must provide additional provisions for stabilization. He explained to me, since the lot will be developed in the future that he will have the whole area excluding the gravel area sprayed with a tachifier. Meaning it will be temporarly stabilized. I explained to him that if you spray a tachifier, mostof the tachifiers have a life span of 6-8 months. So his permit will not be closed out until the time of perminate stabilization hs occured.
