C/N:Protect stormdrains in the interior of the project. Clean up all hard surfaces of all sediment and debris. Protect stock pile located next the the ajacent building.
Will re-inspect this afternoon. If corrections are not made a stop work order will be issued.

C/N given to Project manager,. Verbal disclosure to the RP over the C/N;
1. Clean up all hardsurfaces of all sediment and debris.
2. Maintain the washout bin.
3. Clean up all residual of of the soil not in the containment.
3. Protect storm drain out side of the construction area. Maintain the storm drain inlet within the project area.
4. Clean up all trash debris on a daily basis.
5. Clean up all sediment off of the hard surfaces on a daily basis.
6. Provide minimum control measure to prevent and reduce dust. EX: sweeping and water surpression.
Failure to comply wiuth the notice will result in further enforcement. Will reinspect on 3/7/2013PM.
