Due to the improper concrete washout management, a 24hr notice is Posted.
Message to RP;
Clean up all concrete residual and the improper washout. Clean up all residual going toward thestorm drain inlet.
** Failure to comply with the given notice, will result in a Stop Work Order.**

Spoke with RP and a stop work has been issued till all violations on correction notice are complete and have been called in for a reinspection..

Left verbal and written correction with rp to clean up all dirt and debris off all hard surfaces, maintain storm drain inlet ,maintain all sediment barriers and clean up all trash and put in container or remove from site. Have complete by 3-4-13 am. Will reinspect on 3-4-13 pm
