No further construction activity on power lines at Harris Ranch off of Barber. Pasture has revegetated, no bare gound in project area. Permit is over 1 year old with waiver, no further ESC inspections required.

All measures implimented by the RP for stabilization requirements are approved. No further actions are not needed at this time. If vegitation is not estbalished the RP will need to impliment further stabilization measures. There is no danger to the water conveyance close to the project area due to the rough grading of the disturb area and the vegitative buffer area between the disturbed area and the channel.
