Email from PW Mike Shepard alert ESC division that hydroseed was applied on margins of access road. Inspection observations found this to be true. There have been no dust or trackout issues have been observed in recent months. Stockpiles have naturally vegetated. The rest is pit run, river rock, and gravel. No further ESC inspections required.

No changes or construction acitivity. River rock and dirts stockpiles are still on site. Though no vegetation on future road site above trunk line, there does not seem to be any dust generated on this windy day. Will continue to monitor.

Conference on Friday 1/31 discussed remaining stabilization and future ACHD road project. MIke Sheppard stated that banks along Greenbelt would be vegetated and also the former staging area. No corrections at this time.

Stabilization with approved application rates is scheduled for September.

Still needs stabilized. Owner submitted mix design for seed, mulch and tackifier for approval that includes pasture mix seed at 50 lb/ac, 1500 lb/ac wood fiber mulch and 10 lb/ac soil pam for the tackifier. Trying to verify SoilPam application rate with manufacturer. Specification sheet provided doesn't spec application rates for this type of application. See email correspondance. Could not visually verify stabilization on disturbed dirt. Sent email request to the RP for the following info. 1. Method of stabilization, locations, and application rates. 2. Confirmation from Harris Ranch which stockpiles they are assuming control over. 3. Was pile of concrete debris existing and what will be done with it? RP responded with the following answers: 1. Stabilization consisted of 15 lb annual rye grass, 400 lb mulch, and 1 lb tackifier per acre. 2. RP responded that all remaining stockpiles are located in their previous location prior to the start of the project and he has contacted the Harris Ranch Representative to draft a letter stating this is acceptable and they are assuming ownership. 3. Pile of concrete debri was existing and will be left as is. See email correspondance 5/28-5/29

Explained to RP to re-install the sediment barrier along the irragation lateral.

Contractor has altered the inital plan with an acceptable practices. Did bring up to the Reps, (Boise PW and Schmidt Const.) over where channel crossing were made to at minimum to install coverage over the disturbed slope of the channel.

Conducted partial inspection of staging area and dewatering. In process of dewatering in ACHD ROW to ditch (not boise jurisdication) Left message for Ryan (RP) to schedule walk through. Ponds for dewatering contaminated water must be lined prior to using them. Need to check calcs for tanks size.

Verbal Notice to RP:
Must pay and pick up the ESC permit by the end of the work day. If not, a stopwork order will be issued on the project.
