All parcels are complete except for 2 lots in River Heights #5, which have been sold to Alturas Construction. New SFH construction on these lots will start before end of the year and will be permitted seperately.

All disturbed areas and common areas have been landscaped and stabilized. No temporary BMPs other that DI bags are installed. Brighton will remove DI sediment bags at the east end of sub but the DIs at the west end will remain until the two final homes are built up. Brighton or Alturas have agreed to remove those upon my request.

No further inspections required on this permit. CGP NOI to be terminated shortly

4. Re-inspection fee applied to permit/bond. Notified Brighton that this must be paid ASAP.

Additional corrections discussed.
