Sent ACHD inspector to investigate road damage caused by tractors on street and track out/sediment conditions.

Complaint indicated that no sweeping has been conducted at the site since last Wednesday.

Complaint called in to code enforcement by neighborhood resident. Code enforcement referred to me.

Work is in progress at site. Permit is posted. Project has been underway for 14+ months. There is a need for improved daily housekeeping at the site.

Corrections:

1. Sweep gutters on both side of street
2. Provide waste container for cigarrette butts and other litter. Only a few butts observed.
3. Daily housekeeping should be performed at end of each day that construction activity takes place.

Will re-inspect. Thursday 6/19 is day of compliance.
