Boulder Heights #5 roads, stormwater ponds, and other infrastructure are complete. Central Paving/JH now working BH#6 which is permitted seperately.

Hillsides and disturbed areas have been vegetated and stabilized. ESC conditions satisfied.

Boulder Heights #5. Open hillside areas have revegetated to greater that 80%. Stormwater retention ponds are not yet fully stabilized. Streets are clean, drop inlets have filter bag protection.

No corrections at this time. Will close this permit once phase 6 begins this spring.

Stormwater infrastructure and erosion control BMPs are handling storm runoff in Boulder Heights. Slopes previously hydroseeded are preventing hillside erosion and sediment blow outs.

After rain stops and water has drained, need to do maintenance on DI protection and scoop accumulated sediment that has been trapped.

Will continue to monitor.

No new subdivision acitvity. No hillside erosion or sediment blowouts to sidewalks or roads. Some trackout due to SFH excavation and muddy conditions.

Minimal activity on BH#5. SFHs covered individually. No trackout, sediment accumulation in gutters, or fugitive dust observed.

Boulder Heights #5 hillsides have revegetated well. Stockpile is still at top of Windsong with a seperate permit. SFHs all have individual permits. No trackout on streets. Gutters and DI coir mats are in good conditions.

Boulder Heights #5 is looking good. Hillside vegetation is well establlished. No new erosion observed and no dust blowing around despite the strong winds at the time of inspection. Approved.

Spoke with Jeff and Eric from JH Development. The general ESC permit for the 2 acres of disturbance at top of Windsong will be picked up tomorrow AM. Confirmed disturbance area and price with Eric so the check can be cut today.

Corrections:

1. Need to check DI's on Windsong and do maintenance on those inlet filter bags that are > 50 % capacity

2. Repair gravel check dams at top of Windsong next to new construction entrance.

3. Trackout and sediment from Birdsong house needs to be cleaned.

BMP installation and hillside seeding is looking good. The track out related to house project (ESC14-00135) at top of Birdsong at top of Windsong needs to be swept up each day during the stockpiling activities.

Corrections:
1. Sweep up dirt/sediment that has traveled down to corners Wind Dancer and Bonview and Ridge point which has dirt accumulated from last week's precipitation.

BH #5 is holding up good through rain. Check dams at top of windsong have been maintained. No blowout. Stabilization in progress on hillsides. No corrections at this time.

Hillside development inspection.

Tacified hillsides in good condition. Some rill erosion within stormwater ponds will need to be fixed.

Top of Windsong checkdams have been mucked out and repaired. The BMPs are much improved now. RP Eric onsite will oversee daily sweeping at homesite on Windsong.

No corrections at this time, just continued maintenance. Approved.

Follow up inspection. Check dams were installed at top of Windsong. 2 dams in series. Currently covered with snow, will check performance during the snowmelt. Corrections were made as requested. Currently in compliance.

Top of windsong was recently swept. Hillsides endured recent snowmelt with only a few minor areas with sediment runoff to sidewalk. New wattles have been installed in some areas. No corrections at this time.

BMPs and hillside stabilization appears to be effective. A more substantial barricade or rocks should be placed at top Windsong and another wattle 10-20 feet uphill from existing wattle. Will address next inspection.
