Stormwater infrastructure and erosion control BMPs are handling storm runoff in Boulder Heights. Slopes previously hydroseeded are preventing hillside erosion and sediment blow outs.

After rain stops and water has drained, need to do maintenance on DI protection and scoop accumulated sediment that has been trapped.

Will continue to monitor.

The stockpile up at top is not creating any visible dust at time of inspection. No rill or hillside erosion erosion observed. Areas have revegetated well.

Stockpile up hill from end of Windsong is not associated with any active permit. Construction entrance to area is already installed and in good condition. Just needs to be permitted and tacified if it is to stay in that location.

Had a meeting with developer/RP Jeff Snyder who agreed that stockpile should be permitted and he stated he would get a ESC general permit.

Needs to have permit by the end of Thursday 5/8.

Tacified hillsides in good condition. Some rill erosion within stormwater ponds will need to be fixed.

Top of Windsong checkdams have been mucked out and repaired. The BMPs are much improved now. RP Eric onsite will oversee daily sweeping at homesite on Windsong.

No corrections at this time, just continued maintenance. Approved.

Check dams at top of Windsong were effective in trapping uphill sediment. Some sediment washout onto sidewalk and Windsong is in process of being cleaned. RP Eric on site making corrections. Plan is to have BMPs ready by tomorrow for the precipitation that is expected Wed-Fri. Considering amount of runoff from weekend snowmelt, BH #5 is looking pretty good.
