Walked project with Chris Sheppard with Diamond Contractors. DI protection in place. Concrete washouts from previous pour were not sized appropriatly and resulted in spillage on ground and gutter. Discussed requirement to control all washouts for next pour; only have sidewalks left to do. Topsoil stockpile has been hauled out and is now inactive. Must stabilize this area within 14 days of inactivity. Notified Chris of this requirement. Will re-inspect in 14 days.
