Reached 80% re-vegetated. Temp BMP's still inplace. Awaiting for a call back from Bob about whether or not he will be building next to this lot in the very near future.
If not, remove all Temp BMP's and call in for Site Final Inspection prior to this permit being closed

Grass is growing around perimeter of new drainage ditch and within the bottom of the trench.
No ESC issues observed.

2 New Drains have been installed along with silt fence along the bottom drain, and straw waddle along the upper slope of newly dug drainage ditch. Rock check dam has also been installed with jute mate/erosion blanket.

New Silt Fence still has not been installed as, I stated and gave Bob Borrow and his crew several weeks ago during out onsite meeting with PW to have installed by the end of the week (that was a 48hr warning). Called Bob and left VM asking for an eta on installation and that he has 48hrs from now, or money from the his Bond will be pulled and I will hire another contractor to install the BMP's.

BMP's in place, but it appears that the significant rainstorm that came through last night overwhelmed some of the new grass that's growning. Also, the Rock Retaining walls on both homes are Eroding away (Not Constructed Correctly). Roof Drains are also causing issues. I contacted Bob to disclose the complaint and to place waddles along the hillside within the gully's to slow the velocity of precipitation. He stated he will be up this afternoon to rack out the gullys, place new seed and install waddles on all lots.

Collective runoff from irrigation of both 970 & 1012 Braemere is concentrating and creating a gully that has under cut the silt fence with sediment leaving site and beginning to enter neighbors yard.

Correction:
1. Decrease water to 1-2x times a week. Barrow contruction contact David stated this frequency was decreased last week.
2. Need to install check dams along channel that has formed and extend the diversion channel to carry water further down from the existing channel.

3. Install addition sediment control below silt fence breach and repair gully that has formed.

4. Rake/clean up deposited sediment on adjacent property back into lot behind silt fence.

Noted - it was disclosed that a hydroseeding contractor is to come the week of 5/10-5/15

Builder will have crew on site to make repairs and corrections on 5/8 in the AM.

No activity at time of inspeciton. BLD final pending; ESC permit conditions not yet satisfied. Need to hydroseed disturbed area not yet vegetated that affected during construction and grading.

No work occuring. Silt fence has been re-trenched at bottom of all 4 lots. The open two lots have been tracked to prevent further hillside erosion.

No violations at this time.

Silt fence has been repaired along the bottom of each lots. SWO shall stay in place on adjacent lot due to work (grading) being performed w/out permits

No major trackout to Braemere but sidewalk and street have not been regularly cleaned or swept. BMP for frequent sweeping as needed as listed in SWPPP is not being followed.

Need to clean up sidewalk and gutter and repair sections of silt fence downslope. No discharges or runoff at time of inspeciton.

No major issues but two corrections:

1. Repair maintain sections of silt fence
2. Sweep sidewalks and street after mud is removed.

Barrow sub BMPs installed. Home in progress. No corrections at this time. Silt fence and vegetated buffer below site is containing sediment.

Contractor has 48 hrs to Install down gradient Silt Fence BMP along entire bottom portion of disturbed lots. If not Acheived, a STOP WORK ORDER WILL BE ISSUED ON ALL LOTS that are out of compliance via 8-17 Boise City ESC Ordinance
