MATTRESS FIRM T.I. AND ADDITION IS A COMMERCIAL PROJECT INVOLVING BOTH TENANT IMPROVEMENT WORK AND NEW CONSTRUCTION. TENANT IMPROVEMENT WORK WILL INCLUDED THE DEMOLITION OF EXISTING INTERIOR WALLS, FIXTURES, AND FINISHES AS WELL AS THE INSTALLATION OF NEW MECHANICAL, ELECTRICAL, AND PLUMBING FIXTURES. NEW CONSTRUCTION WORK INCLUDES A 1,100SQFT ADDITION OFF THE NORTH SIDE OF THE BUILDING AND THE DEMOLITION OF AN EXISTING DRIVE THROUGH CANOPY. LIMITED SITE WORK WILL BE DONE INCLUDING THE ADDITION OF 2 PARKING SPACES AND ACCESS STAIRS.

Discussed project and site with RP Doug, who was onsite. DI protection on MS4 on Emerald, cement curbing lines East and North of activity. Wattles are on-site to line perimeter once footing for addition are added. Permit posted in store window. Once addition is added, stairway to Emerald will be installed with wattles on grassy bank. Approved for construction to commence.
