Jake: Wolverton homes Complaint Inspection
Issues:
No Site Prep inspection and Approval prior to earth disturbance.
No Construction Signage
Illegal Concrete washout on flat ground (Not in leak proof containment).
No Construction Entrance (Required)
Substantial Trackout.
Contacted Wolverton Homes to find out listed RP no longer works for this company. Talked with a Jake: stated to him all the violations that need to be addressed by mid day thursday. He stated he will get them taken care off.
Also, work has begun on an accessory building behind the house w/ out a site prep insepction and also work being performed w/out their Permit. WIll follow up thursday. Jake stated he will be in contact with me, to let me know the status on maintenance/cleanup
