Pine Tree Village is near full completion of all phases. 3 detached townhomes on Pine Nut are all that are left.

To close ESC permit for phase, all temp BMPs (DI bags) should be removed after all loose materials and dirt have been swept and landscaping is also complete.

No violations at time of inspection. No spills or discharges observed, no trackout. Approved. Will continue to monitor until final ESC conditions are satisfied.

Final phase of Pine Tree Village is in progress. Inlets protected, trash contained. Scheduled to be done by end of summer and all ESC permits for Pine Tree Vilage will be closed once all areas landscaped/stabilized and DI bags removed.

Grass is not establishing in many of the data center grounds that have been hydroseeded. Layer of tacifier still keeping soil stabilized. No fugitve dust issues observed or reported.

Talked to resident adacent to Idaho Power access road and Involta easement. Claims area where new fiber optic was installed causes lots of dust issues. Also Idaho Power needs to oil/stabilize the road. Will contact Idaho environmental compliance/maintenance division to see what schedule for road maintenance is. May need to have Involta hydroseed area.

Phase 5 of Pine Tree Village still has some remaining units to build. Central material staging area is still in use. Storm drain inlets have protection, no trackout of sediment or mud to streets. Wallboard crews on townhouses need to improve containment of waste scraps in phase 6 on Shoup - some debris on sidewalk. Workers stated it would be swept up today.

No corrections for phase 5.

Correction:
Pinetree #6 needs to be swept and plastic wrapping & litter should be picked. Sweeping may occur after all the excess framing and wallboard products are removed and contractor vehicles are not onsite.
