DI protection has been removed as requested. Just need to clean up around inlet.

Inspection associated with Tianna Park violations by Sunrise Homes.

2nd Correction Notice:

1. Clean leaves, debris, sediment in and around sand window swales.
2. Re-install construction fencing around swales and check that the Gatorguard wattles are properly installed/staked in.
3. Pick up all dried concrete chunks around Sunrise home sites and adjacent lot.
4. Pick up and contain all litter and waste construction materials and contain with trash bin
5. Finish sweeping sediment around sites, collect tiles/dust and dispose of properly.

Re-inspection fee $46.31 applied to permit. Payment due next week so that site can be finaled.

NOTE: If ALL corrections are not complete by Tuesday 9/23, a SWO will be issued on active homesites in Tianna Park until completion.

Observations at Tianna Park:

1. No removal of drop inlet bag in first sectionas requested multiple times. Now full of leaves and sediment. Needs removal.

2. Trash, debris, and sediment deposited in poorly protected drainage swale.

3. Sediment from both active Sunrise homes is uncontained and all over access road.

4. Very little attention or consideration to keeping a clean site.

Actions:

Fail inspections for both active sites. Will reinspect Friday morning. If no changes will issue second Correction Notice to Sunrise and begin to proceed with Stop Work Orders.

See ESC14-00163, 00160, 00556, 00583 for Sunrise Homes in Tianna Park that are in similiar condition as mentioned in this inspection.
