Called Darrin (RP) stated this is Wood Brothers Last Verbal Warning pertaining to BMP Violations (Multiple Concrete Washouts throughout site/No Containment) Performing work prior to Site Prep Inspection Aproval. All Wood Brothers Sites are are on notice with same BMP violations and issues. From this day forward, any BMP violation constitues automatic Stop Work Order until Violations are corrected.
Darrin stated he would get a crew out asap to address issues. Will reinspect this afternoon
