RP stated Clements neglected to dig and line new pit as requested yesterday and is supposed to dig it today.

Also requested that Heritage be swept. It is noted that the new homeowner did concrete work seperately and may be responsible for cleanup. RP stated they will clean it up though.

Will check back Thursday morning for corrections.

1. Construction of roads and sewer for phase 1 is scheduled to begin this week. The entire area listed on permit will not be included in this phase. Silt fence BMP protects the 8 mile creek channel adjacent to site along phase I. No dewatering, on or off-hauling of dirt is expected.

2. Construction entrance will be built once road is cut, I agreed to allow unless track out becomes an issue.

3. DIs to catch basins on Hollandale have filter bag protection.

4. Existings stormwater swales will be modified and are therefore not surrounded by wattles. Currently they will serve as sediment traps.
