Maverik is complete and open for business. Need to install final landscaping and ground cover. No disturbed areas or issues.

New Maverik near completion. Interior work and some site landscaping is still in progress. All utilities and earth work are complete and parking lot is paved. No turbid discharges, uncontained stockpiles, or other violations. Permit posted on job trailer.

Final site cleanup and sweeping should occur before site final inspeciton.

Inspection conducted at 11:30 AM...

New Maverik store, gas pumps & canopy, and paved parking lot have been installed. WIP on interior & exterior.

Site is in decent condition, though two corrections needed:
1. Sweep sidewalks and gutters on Malad and Orchard. (manual/broom sweep ok)
2. Protect stockpile near entrance on Malad with sediment control if it stays on site (note: RP Matt stated this pile is being off-hauled from site today)

Called RP Matt and issued verbal correction request. He stated corrections will be made asap.

WIP. Parking lot is about to be paved so construction entrance has been removed. Some minor trackout but DIs have sediment containment protection. No corrections required at this time.

Demolition occuring. Not dust control at time of inspection....

WIP. No dust control or water supply at site at time of inspection. RP Matt and site superviso Rich of Beniton Construction stated water is supposed to be used to help control demolition dust. While on site he went and stopped subcontractors and requested water control.

SWPPP is on site in trailer. No other issues at time of inspection. Will continue to monitor.
