Construction appears to be complete. BLD permit is open. There is a small stockpile of dirt and concrete aggregate in rear parking lot that needs to be removed and the parking lot area directly south needs manual sweeping.

RP returned call. The stockpile was left onsite due to the excavator going to the hospital. Draper Construction will haul stockpile away today and take to their construction yard. They will also sweep up the site.
Will reinspect at end of day or Tuesday 2/18.

Uncontained stockpile on pavement parking lot. Close to sidewalk and gutter, though sheet flow goes to drainage swale.. Close proximity to Boise River. No DI bag on downstream MS4. No sediment discharge at this time, but if rain continues it could occur.
Verbal correction notice issued to RP Keith via voicemail. Will conduct follow up call and inspection next week.
