Home in Abode sub is complete, landscaped and occupied. Work is ongoing on adajacent homes so no need to remove temporary BMPs. No violations on other Harding Home projects in subdivision. ESC conditions satisfied.

Contractor already began earth disturbance. Foundation already poured and backfilled. Significant amount of earth disturbance, sediment all over the ACHD right-of-way. Called RP Gene 440.6949 and left 2 voicemails. DIsclosed no work to take place prior to Site Prep Inspection and to cleanup site (Sweep Right-of-Way, curb and sidewalks). Talked with a subcontractor and he began sweeping up sediment.
