All 4 Village Chaton 4-plexes have been framed. Parking lot and utilities are installed. Interior work is ongoing.

Trash is contained, onsite stormdrain have inlet protection. MS4 DI on Ustick also has filter bag installed. No significant trackout, but site is not yet landscape some sediment is being eroded away.

Need to install wattle along disturbed area next to the sidewalk on Ustick (west side of access road)

Village Chaton Sub parking lot and sidewalk/curbing is installed. Sheet flow for entire impervious surfaces on site is directed to a central drop inlet with interceptor & frech drain. The inlet has filter bag protection and remaining capacity.

No trackout or offsite discharges to Ustick occuring. Trash is mostly contained in large dumpster with minimal windblown litter. A lined concrete washout was used but is now full and dried so need to be cleaned/removed. All permits posted with SWPPP info.

1 correction:
Conduct a general cleanup at site:
-pick up waste insulation bundles/fragments
-sweep sidewalks and areas of parking lot with loose sediment/dirt
-remove concrete washout.

Sub-contractors onsite conducting interior work on 4-plexes currently.

Verbal correction request issued to Andersen Construction RP.

Mass Grading and Foundation Pouring/Prep is occuring prior to site prep inspection approval. Concrete Washout of is completely full, overflowing onto the ground. Permits need to be posted on each individual lot. Dave Skaggs has not returned both phone call attemps.

Attended project pre-con meeting and was able to discuss the SWPPP with Andersen Construction and Knife River.

BMPs include:
1. DI protect
2. 60'x18' rock construction entrance (no fabric for this temporary phase.
3. Perimeter wattles
4. Undisturbed vegetative strip along sidewalk

Permit posted, SWPPP onsite. I will retain construction schedule. Approved.
