Interior work ongoing. Front has been landscaped and stabilized and no significant amounts of loose sediment from site in gutter. Will keep permit open to ensure all construction materials are removed and no issues exist. Should be close to being finaled.

Observations:
1. Site is in decent condition. Permit posted, trash is contained, no illicit discharges, and concrete and liquid waste washout provided in backyard.
2. Need to sweep sidewalk, top of curb, and gutter in front of house. In addition to tree litter, there is also sand, sediment, and pebbles from construction activity that have accumulated.
3. The porta-pot is quite close to neighbor's back porch and grill area. Called A-company and requested that it be relocated next to detached garage and alley. They said they could schedule it this week despite just being serviced last week. It is on a 2 week cleaning schedule 7/23 and again next Wednesday. There was not excessive odor or leakage.

Written CN to sweep as mentioned above posted on site.

Written correction notice posted on site. Called RP to discuss corrections. He said he would take care of it. Will check back tomorrow.

Sidewalk is dirty but no significant trackout to 20th Street or discharges/sediment runoff to the MS4 DI on Sherman. Stockpile from basement is placed too close to sidewalk so unstablized dirt is going onto side walk. Need to make the following corrections today; Written CN posted at site.


1. Sweep sidewalks at the end of each day

2. Clean any dirt/sediment tracked into the gutter at the end of each day.

3. Move stockpile or provide siltfence or wattle to prevent dirt from moving onto sidewalk.



RP has also been notified of corrections by telephone.

Permit posted. Silt fence provided on south property line to protect neighbor's fence. Access will be from alley so DI on 20th & Sherman does not require filter or mat protection at this time due to sidewalk and grass strip buffer. Will monitor to see if DI protection will be required.
