Installation of offsite utilities is currently inactive. First phase is complete and roads were swept. One portion of road has not been paved and dust is being kicked.
Advised to post traffic control sign to slow vehicle down, creating less dust. Left VM to Jim Conger.

Verbal warning to Mr. Conger about fugitive dust. Drove by for my inspection, watched to side dump trucks exit and dust was boiling out all over. There's 3-4 inches of pounder dust throughout all access roads. Mr. Conger stated he is on it right now, and will install a construction entrance that's currently being used onto Warm Springs Road. Currently no construction entrance. Entire site needs to be watered down and entrance installed. Will follow up Monday

Fugitive dust complaint(s) called into Code Enforcement yesterday afternoon.
Called RP Jim Conger to discuss issue and he stated he increase the number of water trucks out there and focus on the areas of truck traffic and grading. IT should be noted it is also very windy this week.
Stockpiles in the middle of development have been inactive more than 2 weeks and should be stabilized with hydroseed or mulch if no plans to remove. Will make request to Conger and follow up.
