All 4 Village Chaton 4-plexes have been framed. Parking lot and utilities are installed. Interior work is ongoing.

Trash is contained, onsite stormdrain have inlet protection. MS4 DI on Ustick also has filter bag installed. No significant trackout, but site is not yet landscape some sediment is being eroded away.

Need to install wattle along disturbed area next to the sidewalk on Ustick (west side of access road)

Mass Grading and Foundation Pouring/Prep is occuring prior to site prep inspection approval. Concrete Washout of is completely full, overflowing onto the ground. Permits need to be posted on each individual lot. Dave Skaggs has not returned both phone call attemps.
