Contacted Dylan via cellphone and described that the large gravel pile needs to be removed, due to blocking half of Paso Fino Dr. causing obstructions, safety hazards and Obtainnig NO Obstruction Permit through ACHD. He stated he will contact his landscapers to have stockpile removed immediately.

Need to perform maintenance on the wattles by removing the collected and restaking the wattles.
