Some trackout directly in front of driveway which is currently being installed.

Corrections:
1. Sweep Wright Street in front of driveway.
2. Remove stockpile of rocks that is in the right-of-way.

Dirt stockpiles have been backfilled. Some minor activity. No major trackout but the sweeping job was not very good. Need to re-sweep and have broom on site.

Received complaint about ESC issues, noise, and parking issues at site:

No activity at time of inspection. Trench work for sewer/water utilities was not properly cleaned up at end of day yesterday. There is very limited space where driveway goes to parcel it should be noted.

Observations:

Some dirt tracked onto to the street from stockpiling/trenching activities.
No major trackout beyond entrance to site; No trash or other construction debris/material uncontained.

Permit posted.

Correction Notice posted; discussed corrections with RP Vince on phone.

Corrections:

1. Sweep up at end of each day or more as necessary.

2. Construction hours 6:30 AM-6:00 PM MF, 8:30-6 PM weekends.

3. Install watte or silt fence to protect neighbor's grass.

Met RP on site. BMPs include stabilized contruction entrance and street sweeping as necessary. Permit is posted. No MS4 infrastructure in area. Low risk site. Approved.
