Verbal Correction Notice/First Warning:
1. Need to clean/sweep sidewalk and gutter on 6th. Looks like either a spill of fine sediment laden material has been discharged into gutter.
2. Clean up collected mud at corner of 6th and Sherman.
3. Need to implent a BMP to contain dirt or more frequent sweeping at site.
