Perimeter wattles on back of house at Draco have been reinstalled and gravel walkway installed to prevent trackout. ESC permit will stay open till stabilzation/revegetation.

Correction to sweep/shovel collected sediment in gutter on Draco has not yet been completed. JH RP has to hit this site in addition to Birdsong this week now that weather has cleared and ground/dirt is not frozen.

No trackout from driveway, no discharges, and permit/SWPPP are posted. Vegetatvie bands have been preserved as a BMP.

Lower end of lot has an area where the perimeter wattle has been driven over and removed. Sediment has ran off lot and collected in front of the DI which has protection.

Corrections:
1. Sweep sidewalk and remove collected sediment.
2. Reinstall perimeter wattle.

Frame of home is up. Exterior finish, interior work and landscaping are not yet complete. Vegetated berm has been kept in tact along much of the perimeter; below the house on Draco there are fiber wattles installed at the toe of the slope. Some wattles have been removed for loading purposes and there is minor trackout to sidewalk. Stormdrain has DI bag. Permit posted. Approved. Just need to continue good housekeeping practices.

Some sediment at low end of site is migrating to sidewalk and gutter. The DI is protected with capacity but should have a wattle or stabilization. Some trash clean up is needed around the container and the contractor doing the wall washed out a small amount on the lot so will need to clean up. No discharges leaving site - mainly housekeeping.
