Permit posted and very little trackout. Site is surrounded by the natural vegetation which been preseved.

Stucco crew did not use a lined washout and has washed out in numerous places with some flow off the bottom end of site. The slurry is now dry, but I requested clean up and provision of more washout if necessary and will discuss BMPs for future projects.

Met RP Bryan on site and discussed phases. First phase is to construct the grade for the driveway. A silt fence has been placed on the downhill side of the rough graded driveway. After this is complete, further BMPs may be required once home construction begins. Drop inlet will have protection and a road mix access. Permit posted, site is ready for action.
