Some work is still in progress, streets and gutters in auto mall are free of trackout & sediment. The drop inlets on Auto drive have sediment protection. No discharges, dust or other issues observed.

Larry H. Miller collision center expansion project is now in operation under temp. occupancy. Parking lot still has some areas needing paving as well as landscaping. No trackout to Auto Drive, streets and gutters have been recently swept.

No corrections needed. Will continue to monitor stabilization of loose dirt. See also ESC14-00486 (carwash and south parking lot)

Building frame and footprint is up and interior work is ongoing. Area of disturbance is surrounded by construction fencing, permit posted on fence. Some areas of parking lot/access drive pavement have not yet been paved, but no trackout or discharges to Cole or Auto Drive. No violations cited at site.

Did not see permit sign or SWPPP signage and site has a CGP. Also work for BLD14-01545 appears to be occuring without having picked up the permit.
