Inspection during previous day did not find excessive dust. Called RP Ken Scaggs to increase the amount of water for dust suppression. They do have a water truck on site, but they are not able to fill it on-site, which causes delay.

Cordillera development is in process of improving Florence street with gutters and sidewalks, so there is some trackout due to that and the widening of Fivemile.

Water truck on site to control dust. Large concrete washout container for foundations and curb work. Perimeter fencing with permits posted.

Construction entrance installed but trucks using dirt road to access site from the West. This is due to the ACHD project on 5 Mile Road to the east making it difficult to turn onto to the road safely.

Dirt road use will be discontinued or construction rock will be placed on it.

Verbal notice to monitor condition of road and keep up dust controls as the warmer weather approached. Minimal trackout, permit posted, RP on site.

Irrigation ditches to have wattle buffer between area of disturbance. There is a ditch and the north and south property line which will eventually buried. Construction entrance is at SE corner of lot on Florence. Wattles will also line the property on east and west boundaries. No MS4 structures adajacent to project. Grading and grubbing to begin today.

Permit posted. SWPPP onsite. Approved.
