Jackson School demolition is complete and the school pad has been cleared of all debris and unvegetated areas have been compacted and are below grade of the Cole sidewalk. There is a DI bag with remaining capacity at Colonial Street, but this lot will soon be under construction for auto parking for Auto mall, so will leave in the inlet for now.

Complaint received regarding dust and uncontained stockpiles at site on 5/27.

Inspection 5/28 @ 9 AM:

No activity at time of inspection so could not tell if there was a fugitive dust issue. Spoke with Abatement Pro Mike Coffey via telephone. Findings:

1. Hazardous materials have already been abated.
2. Brick and wood stockpiles remain on site and are in process of being crushed by a tractor - this may have been causing dust yesterday.
3. 2 workers left site to get more fire house for dust suppression and an air compressor.
4. Advised Mike to increase amout of water used to stop dust and to stop and make sure dust clouds are not floating over property lines during work.
5. Permit posted with SWPPP on site. DIs protected. No trackout, discharges or other ESC violations.

Mike stated he would make sure dust is controlled and is on alert that complaints have been made. Will continue to monitor.
