Corrections needed:

1. Check all inlet filter bags. Empty out captured dirt and ice chunks to prevent ripping fabric. DI on Baserri in between Diomi and Blanca is damaged and needs replacement.

2. Have gutters swept. RP needs to be onsite to move employee cars to allow thorough sweeping.

3. Need to provide new designated concrete washout. Current washout on Florida is full.

4. Bank on south side of creek is stabilized. Damaged sections of silt fence no longer in use should be removed.

5. Crew needs to collect litter collected in between subdivision fence and silt fence on north side of creek. Significant amount of litter blown from SFH sites.

There is no trackout or discharges off site from Aralar Park. Most BMPs installed, but need maintenance. Silt fence and vegetated buffers on each side of creek have kept sediment out and preserved bank vegetation.

Hayden Homes RP Tom Lane. CGP (#IDR12EG62) SWPPP needs to be available upon request.


Corrections need to be addressed before Friday 12/4 and completed by end of Monday 12/7. RP stated street sweeping will occur Friday evening after workers are gone. Will check Monday or Tuesday for progress.

Some areas need a touch up on street sweeping. Has been improved on since last inspection

WIP on Hayden Homes in Aralar Park sub. Vegetated buffer and silt fence protection of 5 mile Creek is working and construction is not disturbing banks. Newly installed neighborhood stormdrains have inlet protection that is being maintained. No significant litter issues, sediment trackout, and no complaints received. No corrections at this time.

Concrete Washout needs severe maintenance. over 90% full, with spillage taking place. Contacted Eric Bird who was the RP, is no longer with McMasters. Contacted Jerry Taylor and he also has nothing to do with the project. Then I attempted to contact Hayden Homes Bill Duffey and left vm disclosing the violation. Will follow up tomorrow to see if the correction has been made.

Need to sweep up loose sediment and do maintenance on DI bags after storm event.

McMaster has pulled out and terminated CGP, Hayden Homes has active CGP # IDR12EG62

New SFHs have now started. DI bags have been emptied recently and a lined concrete washout is on site and located in location far away from 5-mile creek/ditch. No corrections at this time.

No activity at Aralar Park in recent weeks. DI on Lizaso has had inlet bags removed since areas are stabilzed.

No changes to silt fence. Sediment bags installed on inlets need to be maintained after the recent storms. No turbid discharges or issues around 5 mile Creek

DI bags on Lazaro have been maintained and reinstalled as requested during last inspection. No activity at this time. Grading for parcels is complete, equipment has been removed.

All DIs in Aralar Park have inlet protection. Silt fence and vegetative buffer in good condition. WIll need to be rechecked before SFH construction by Hayden Homes.

WIP on Aralar sub. Streets and sidewalks recently installed. Large Compliance Solutions washout container was used to contain washout.

Silt fence and vegetated buffer are in good condition.

Lazaro Street will need sweeping once the new concrete dries. Drop inlet has filter bag installed that is c tching sediment. After sweeping this bag should be emptied and re-installed.

Aralar park subdivsion road base and curbs are being installed. 5 mile creek silt fence sediment control and vegetative barrier along bank are working effectively and do not currently need maintenance.

Some minor trackout on Lazaro due to road installation should be swept at the end of each day until paved. Drop inlet has filter bag. No trackout to Overland.

No corrections at this time.

Work has resumed at Aralar subdivision with Idaho Sand Gravel on site excavating roads. New construction entrance has been installed on the south side of 5 Mile Creek but the muddy conditions and truck traffic has created significant trackout onto Lazaro and westbound lanes of Overland. Need to clean up the bicycle lanes.

Driving to other site, noticed issue. Upon return a sweeper was in operation addressing the trackout - so they are being proactive.

Corrections:
1. Lengthen south construction entrance ( too short)
2. Repair north construction entrance
3. Continue regular sweeping

Aralar subdivision project is currently inactive. Vehicles and equipment are stationary at site. Permit is posted. No trackout or discharges. Silt fence BMP and buffer area for 5 mile creek is installed and operating condition. No corrections needed.

No activity at site during wet conditions. Construction entrances are clogged in but no traffic and heavy equipment stays on site. Trackout situation of Lazaro is much better.

Fivemile Creek buffer and silt fence protection are installed and previous breeches have been fixed.

No corrections at this time

No activity at site today during the snowy/frozen conditions. No issues created by weekend's snowmelt. No corrections.

Significant amounts of loose dirt and sediment on Lizaso. No BMPs installed to contain sediment onsite - no construction entrance (as listed in SWPPP/site map) and no perimeter controls on west side boundary. Only DI protection which is not enough.

Silt fence and buffer protecting creek are in decent condition; unstabilized area where storm drain outlet is being installed.

Need to make corrections to prevent continued trackout of sediment to Lizaso. Sweeping is too infrequent to control accumulation apparently.

Corrections:
1. Clean Lizaso Street
2. Install or implement BMPs on west side of site to minimize track-out (construction entrance) & sediment runoff (perimeter sediment control)
3. Comply by Thursday 10/30 in the PM

Permit and SWPPP information are posted at site entrance. Inspections being conducted by Syman Co..

Vegetative buffer and silt fence protecting creek/drain is installed properly and is effective. DI protection on Lizaso has adequate capcity. No water supression at site but no dust issues at time of inspection.

Corrections required:

1. Need to sweep up sidewalks and gutters on Lizaso along site.
2. Move piled dirt off broken chain link fence along Lizaso north of creek and have disturbed dirt below sidewalk grade.
3. Install effective vehicle tracking pad/construction entrance as indicated on site map per construction details. Only one entrance provided on Lizaso, though map indicates 2.
4. Cover or protect open sand/grease traps that have installed, especially one near sidewalk on Lizaso.
5. Repair section of silt fence where new storm drain outlet is being installed and take measures to prevent sediment from going downstream (ie check dam).

Called RP Eric Bird who put me in touch with on site supervisor Steven. I explained corrections and stated I would return Friday AM to check for completion.

Eric Bird and crew swept Lazaso Ln and Overland. No ESC Issues at this time.
Road looks good

No dust or discharges from site. Limits of clearance and 5 mile creek buffer + silt fence are effective. Some trackout to Lazaro and sediment in gutter on Lazaro and Overland. Need to investigate later this week and possibly request street sweeping.
