Corrections needed:

1. Check all inlet filter bags. Empty out captured dirt and ice chunks to prevent ripping fabric. DI on Baserri in between Diomi and Blanca is damaged and needs replacement.

2. Have gutters swept. RP needs to be onsite to move employee cars to allow thorough sweeping.

3. Need to provide new designated concrete washout. Current washout on Florida is full.

4. Bank on south side of creek is stabilized. Damaged sections of silt fence no longer in use should be removed.

5. Crew needs to collect litter collected in between subdivision fence and silt fence on north side of creek. Significant amount of litter blown from SFH sites.

There is no trackout or discharges off site from Aralar Park. Most BMPs installed, but need maintenance. Silt fence and vegetated buffers on each side of creek have kept sediment out and preserved bank vegetation.

Hayden Homes RP Tom Lane. CGP (#IDR12EG62) SWPPP needs to be available upon request.


Corrections need to be addressed before Friday 12/4 and completed by end of Monday 12/7. RP stated street sweeping will occur Friday evening after workers are gone. Will check Monday or Tuesday for progress.

Vegetative buffer and silt fence protecting creek/drain is installed properly and is effective. DI protection on Lizaso has adequate capcity. No water supression at site but no dust issues at time of inspection.

1. Need to sweep up sidewalks and gutters on Lizaso along site.
2. Move piled dirt off broken chain link fence along Lizaso north of creek and have disturbed dirt below sidewalk grade.
3. Install effective vehicle tracking pad/construction entrance as indicated on site map per construction details. Only one entrance provided on Lizaso, though map indicates 2.
4. Cover or protect open sand/grease traps that have installed, especially one near sidewalk on Lizaso.
5. Repair section of silt fence where new storm drain outlet is being installed and take measures to prevent sediment from going downstream (ie check dam).
