St. Al's Joint Preservation building (south of Emerald) is in progress.
Permit posted, designated concrete washout and material storage area, new storm drains have DI protection, and workers are parking on hard surfaces to limit trackout.
Some sand and dirt in the access road should be swept but not trackout or discharges offsite are occuring. Approved.
