DetailsAndy J. Long
Clean up at Pinetree Village is still in progress, with crew onsite continuing to sweep sidewalks and clean up after landscapers.

All trash, debris, and trackout on Shoup has been removed.

All drop inlet bags have been changed.

Vehicles and equipment in staging area has been reorganized to prevent trackout, and lift is no longer sitting in the mud.

Still need to remove some full containers of trash and continue to sweep roads periodically.

Approved.

Pinetree complaint received. RP Brian stated corrections from 12/8 are near completion. Will try to make contact with resident.

Corrective actions and clean up is ongoing at Pine Tree Village.

Corrections issued on Monday 12/8 that have been addressed include:
1. DI bags on Pine Valley and Pine Nut have been emptied out and reinstalled.
2. Pieces of litter and waste construction supplies along Shoup have been picked up as requested. Looks much better.
3. Continued removal and clean up of waste in the central staging area.
4. Sweeper still on site.

New and outstanding corrections:
1. Clean up pile of dirt & debris on Shoup Street (this is a specific complaint issue by citizen).
2. Move and or cover trailer parked on Shoup. Trash from the back of it is being blown down the street and landing on the residents' yards on Jolinda Street.
3. Remove waste pallets, plywood boxes, and scraps of sod from Shoup 4. Finish sweeping sidewalks on Shoulp and clean gutter as well.

Conditions have improved, but I stated that clean up needs to continue as well as new BMPs to control future construction.

Will continue to monitor.

DetailsAndy J. Long
Litter and materials in the central area at Pine Tree Village have been picked up/consolidated, or removed. There is a remaining pile for collection of waste from townhome building in progress. Pine Nut has been swept but is still dirty. No perimeter BMPs or signage in place to prevent access to the muddy area in the central part of Pine Tree Village.

Corrections:
1. Clean out/maintain all DI bags on Pine Valley
2. Clean up trash and materials left on Shoup across from townhomes.
3. Sweep sidewalks and gutter on Shoup; mess left by landscapers.
4. Continue sweeping and clean up of central area at Grey Pine and Pine Nut.

Note: permits do not have valid RP, RP James Larkin no longer at site or returning phone calls. Brian needs to be the RP on permits going forward since he is on site. Needs to complete certification course if he hasn't already.

Follow up on correction notice issued this morning...

Pine Tree Village developer Paradigm has crew onsite picking up trash and waste construction debris.

Street sweeper captured some trackout and mud clods, but due to the the wetness of the dirt was smeared around.

Remaining corrections:
- finish trash pick up
- continue sweeping
- implement BMPs to prevent future situations such as this
