Construction is complete on all three structures at Beverly. The open areas have been recently seeded for grass which has started to grow. Temp BMPs (MS4 DI bags on Beverly) have been removed.

Will check back next general inspection for success of grass establishment. No corrections needed at site.

Project Beverly landscaping and stabilization is in progress. All vertical construction is complete on building #2 and the open faced storage shed. Some work and TI in building #1 is ongoing.

Onsite stormwater DIs and MS4 on Beverly have sediment protection. Irrigation is still not flowing. After landscaping parking lots will be swept and temp BMPs may be removed. Clear to remove rear silt fence.

No trackout or illicit discharges observed.No corrections at this time; check for temp BMP removal on next inspection.

Site perimeter BMPs and construction entrance are installed and permits are onsite in the office trailer. There is no water in the drainage/irrigation ditch that is adjacent to site.

Recent utility work on the shoulder and the road have left a significant amount of loose dirt. No MS4 structures and it is not tracking out to Victory.

Correction notice issued to Kevin to sweep Beverly once utility is fully complete and road is patched.

ESI project with 3 buildings on one large parcel off Victory is in progress with foundations just starting to be poured.

RP/Project Super Kevin is onsite with SWPPP. SWPPP site map has been updated with new inlet protection on Victory for offsite utility/water work to connect the site.

New heavy grade rock provided for entrance is keeping trackout in control. Irrigation drain work is complete and culverts installed. No flow at time of inspection.

Permit posted. Approved.
