Trackout on sidewalk where a material truck drove across adajaent property has been swept and cleaned. Soil still too wet/muddy to see what revegetation /stabilization will be necessary.

Trash container has been removed and wind blown litter picked up. Sidewalk/gutter in front of home has been cleaned to remove loose sediment and construction litter/debris.

Approved. Need to address stabilization of disturbed areas but too wet for landscaping work currently.

Barricade has been set up to prevent further trackout. Talk to RP Brian who said clean up is in progress. At site I saw that trash had been picked up and barricade installed.

Corrections remaining:
1. Sweep up mud on sidewalk from trackout
2. Sweep up adjacent sidewalk and gutter.

Trying to get residents in by next week and BLD FNL is scheduled for then. Corrections should be complete at this time as well.

Trash and material mostly contained, workers currently onsite parking on street. Wattle lines most of sidewalk containing sediment. No hillside erosion or discharges, but there are some violations.

Corrections needed:

Construction related vehicle drove across adjacent open space and tracked out mud and damaged the soil surface. Need to clean up sidewalk and prohibit further use and repair damaged area.

Pick up windblown trash across the street.

Coordinate with Jayo & Syringa to empty sediment bags in drop inlets

Somerset Ridge #5 home in good condition with no sediment runoff after storm. Previously installed perimeter wattles and preservation of vegetation on the bank is effective.

1. Concrete man washed out on adajenct lot. Needs to be cleaned.

Was on site for home down (2650 N Heavens Way) street with irrigation carrying sediment off lot. Met builder and homeowner to discuss BMP for sediment containment. Work should be complete at end of the day tomorrow.
