Corrections have been completed and Tiann Park is in much better condition.
Corrections made: 1. Street sweeper swept Spinnaker 2. Trash and waste construction materials have been placed in trash containers. 3. New DI bag for the stormdrain on Spinnaker 4. Permits re-posted on the homes 5. Construction fence re-installed around sand window swale.

Some corrections have been completed at Tianna Park - debris removal, minor sweeping, and removal of inlet protection on first block.
First correction notice issued 9/16:
2nd Correction Notice:
1. Clean leaves, debris, sediment in and around sand window swales. 2. Re-install construction fencing around swales and check that the Gatorguard wattles are properly installed/staked in. 3. Pick up all dried concrete chunks around Sunrise home sites and adjacent lot. 4. Pick up and contain all litter and waste construction materials and contain with trash bin 5. Finish sweeping sediment around sites, collect tiles/dust and dispose of properly.
Re-inspection fee $46.31 applied to permit. Payment due next week.
NOTE: If ALL corrections are not complete by Tuesday 9/23, a SWO will be issued until all corrections satisfied.
