DI bags and concrete washouts in related phase of Dallas Harris #14 are being installed and maintained by home builders with permits for each SFH (Tahoe and Hunter).

Correction:

Street sweeping and inlet bag check should be conducted by home builders. Will inform RPs.

Note: DH #15 (ESC16-00159) is now in progress to the east.

No further ESC inspections on this permit. Knife River no longer operating in area. Staging area has been graded flat by property owner and debris removed. Both this permit and ESC14-00608 are now finaled.

Heavy activity on SFHs by Tahoe and Hunter has lead to trackout issues within the subdivision.

BMP to control trackout and sediment is weekly street sweeping, daily end of day sweeping, and storm drains have inlet fitler bags installed.

Syman Co. stated DI bags were maintained/emptied on Monday and Tuesday. Bags appear to have lots of capacity.

Christmas holiday

WIP on SFHs by Tahoe and Hunter. DIs have protection. No trackout or offsite discharges of turbid water. No corrections issued.

No recent activity. No issues. Site vegetated with weeds, grasses, and wild flowers. Some stockpile and debris removal will be required. Will look into site final soon, no longer used for active staging.

No activity. No changes to site. Revegetating.

No activity on parcel. Site is vegetated with weeds and other plants. No signiificant wind or sheet erosion occuring, site appears to be stable. No debris or materials remaining in the former staging area.

No issues observed at time of inspection

Stockpiles of dirt, tree roots, concrete rubble have been hauled away and the area between Barnside and Old Hickory. Some stockpiles still remain. No trackout to Old Hickory or Warm Springs, no discharges or sediment runoff occuring.

Correction:
Fix damaged fiber mat inlet protection (correction issued to Syman Co.) in DH#12

Will need to stabilize area to control dust within 2 weeks of inactivity.

Stockpiles at Lucky Harris 12 are in process of being removed/graded into subdivision area.

DIs within subdivision are protected. No discharges or trackout offsite. Landscaping crews are installing perimeter trees and greenery. No corrections at this time.

No activity in stockpile area. The power line crews are also workingin this area and causing trackout unrelated to this project. The berm installed to retain uphill runoff has worked to keep roadway clear of water and mud. Stockpiles still on site. No corrections at this time.

DH #12 stockpiles in staging area are being redistributed across the site. The vehicle traffic is staying within site boundaries so no significant trackout to Old Hickory or Warm Springs.

No offsite discharges occuring at time of inspection, stormwater retention/settling pond still receive runoff and then flows into the pasture south of Warm Springs. No corrections at this time.

New Dallas Harris phase in progress. Warm Springs and Old Hickory are relatively clean. New stormwater pond and drainage is under construction. No corrections.

additional permit issued for DH#12. Total area of disturbance is 23.5 acres.

Stockpile is not causing dust or other issues. Stored in area that is below grade of road so creates a sediment barrier.

Road work occuring in stockpile area to Old Hickory currently. Need to sweep up Old Hickory at end of week.

Inspected Warm Springs Creek downstream from new stormwater pond and utility construction. No turbid or sediment water observed in creek channel nor at outlet into the Boise River.

1 Correction:

1. Warm Springs road closure has led to trackout onto Old Hickory since trucks and equipment are now using that entrance/exit. Need to sweep out track out and install stabilized tracking pad if that access point is to be used.
