Site perimeter and sidewalks are clean. Yesterday or today a contractor drove across adjacent lot and disturbed vegetation and tracked out some mud.

Called Bruno Built RP Jeremy to notify him of issue and to clean up trackout and prohibit future use of this track and restore as necessary.

ESC site prep for rough grading phase has been conducted with Jeremy from Bruno Built. BLD permit in process of final review; ESC site map and plan were approved. Bruno Built has good ESC track record.

BMPs include timing of construction, preservation of buffer vegetation below homesite (downslope), lined concrete washout, and check dams once side drainage channels have been installed.

Approved to begin grubbing & rough grading.
No vertical construction or concrete work has been approved.
